ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECTS
VALENTINE HOLDINGS US, INC. was incorporated as of April 19, 2005, in the USA, with the main objective of developing environmental protection, including a GASIFICATION PLANT. Teaming up with other international organizations, it combined a plant that processes and transforms solid waste into useful products, without emitting any type of residue, in addition to using it 100%. It has always oriented its work to the conservation and optimal management of MSW.
We are also SUPPLIERS AND MANUFACTURERS OF FULLY INTEGRATED SYSTEMS in the following areas:
- DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF EQUIPMENT FOR LIQUID FUELS AND BIODIESEL PLANTS FROM TRACE AND WASTE OILS.
- DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF EQUIPMENT FOR SOLID FUEL PLANT FROM MIXED PLASTICS.
- DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF EQUIPMENT FOR ELECTRICAL GASIFICATION PLANT FROM MSW.
- DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF EQUIPMENT FOR GASIFICATION PLANT FOR LIQUID FUELS FROM MSW.
- DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF EQUIPMENT FOR GASIFICATION PLANT BY COMBINING SYSTEMS ELECTRICITY AND LIQUID FUEL FROM MSW.
- DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF EQUIPMENT FOR METHANE RECOVERY SOLUTIONS IN EXISTING LANDFILLS.
- DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF EQUIPMENT FOR ENERGY CAPTURE AS A SOLUTION IN EXISTING LANDFILLS.
- DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF EQUIPMENT FOR MIPS® (MASSIVE IMPACT PROTECTION SYSTEM) AS A PROTECTION SYSTEM AGAINST MASSIVE IMPACTS.
- DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF EQUIPMENT FOR THE PREPARATION AND HANDLING OF SRF FUEL – SOLID RECOVERED FUEL (CSR).
Here we will deal with GASIFICATION with MSW to convert it into Energy, and with the potential to surpass others, being the best technology in its class for the production of WASTE ENERGY, at a time when the volume of MSW and the demand for Energy are expected to increase significantly globally.
OUR PLANTS
GASIFICATION PLANT TO TRANSFORM USED OILS INTO DIESEL.
A used oil transesterification plant to produce diesel (biodiesel) is an industrial facility designed to transform used vegetable oils (AVUs) or animal fats into biodiesel through a chemical reaction with alcohol (usually methanol) and a catalyst. The final product is a fuel compatible with diesel engines (called FAME: Fatty Acid Methyl Esters).
GASIFICATION PLANT TO TRANSFORM PLASTICS INTO GASOLINE.
A gasification plant to transform plastics into gasoline is an advanced technological facility that converts plastic waste into usable liquid fuels, such as gasoline or synthetic diesel. This process can be part of a solution for the management of plastic waste and alternative fuel production.
FLOW-ENTRAINED GASIFICATION PLANT WITH MSW
It is a type of gasification where the pulverized solids or atomized fluids are introduced together with the gasifier into a reaction chamber at high temperatures (1200–1600 °C). The flow of gas and fuel is parallel and at high speed, which allows a fast and complete reaction.
